Shai-Hulud GitHub Actions Persistence
This rule detects the creation or modification of a GitHub Actions workflow file named 'discussion.yaml' within the '.github/workflows/' directory. This is a known persistence technique used by the Shai-Hulud 2.0 worm to register an infected machine as a self-hosted runner, allowing attackers to execute arbitrary commands.
