Detects malicious artifacts and behaviors associated with TA4922 (Atlas RAT, SilentRunLoader, RomulusLoader), including known malicious file hashes, DLL sideloading patterns masquerading as legitimate graphics libraries, and unauthorized execution of Python interpreters from user-writable directories.
