Ollama Abnormal Network Connectivity

Detects repeated Ollama warning-level network errors, such as DNS lookup failures, TCP connection issues, or host resolution problems. These events can indicate a connectivity issue and warrant investigation, but do not by themselves establish unauthorized access or reconnaissance.
