This rule detects potential post-compromise activity related to a campaign using MSP360-masqueraded installers and ScreenConnect remote access tools. It performs an IOC sweep across device file events for known malicious file hashes (associated with installers and post-compromise utilities) and device network events for connections to known malicious domains used for command and control.
Detects the PoeLLM ELF payload (masquerading as libgcrypt) via Italian-language poem/agent log strings and embedded LiteLLM MCP exploit strings
This rule monitors for various indicators of compromise (IOCs) including malicious domains, IP addresses, specific URI paths, file names, and file hashes. It aggregates telemetry from network, file, process, and certificate events to detect potential threats interacting with known bad infrastructure or executing suspicious files associated with malware campaigns.
The following analytic detects file transfers flagged as malware that occurred over non-standard ports (other than 80 and 443). Adversaries may attempt to bypass protocol-based detection or use alternate ports to blend in with other traffic. This analytic identifies these non-conventional flows and surfaces potential evasion techniques. If confirmed malicious this indicate potential malware delivery or other nefarious activity.
The following analytic detects repeated malware file downloads initiated by the same internal host (src) within a short time window. It leverages Cisco Secure Firewall Threat Defense logs and identifies `FileEvent` events with a `SHA_Disposition` of "Malware" and `FileDirection` set to "Download". If ten or more such events occur from the same host within five minutes, this analytic will trigger. This activity may indicate the host is compromised and repeatedly retrieving malicious content either due to command-and-control, malware staging, or automation. If confirmed malicious, this behavior may represent an infection in progress, persistence mechanism, or a malicious downloader.
Detects outbound HTTP GET requests to the known malicious domain 'docsportal.in' attempting to retrieve second-stage payloads such as '161.php' or 'com.hta'. This pattern is associated with the SideCopy threat actor's malware delivery infrastructure.
This rule detects various malicious indicators including known file hashes, IP addresses, domains, and specific URLs associated with threat activity. It consolidates hits from process, file, and network telemetry to alert on potential compromise or communication with identified command-and-control (C2) infrastructure.
Matches distinctive DragonForce TURN/MQTT campaign artifact filenames only when combined with byte-level markers unique to the malware (PE structure, TURN/MQTT C2 infrastructure strings, or the loader's pipe-caret-pipe thread-trigger byte pattern), to avoid false positives on unrelated benign files sharing these names.
This rule monitors for indicators of compromise (IOCs) associated with known malware and C2 infrastructure, including specific IP:port combinations, malicious domains, URLs for file downloads, and SHA256 hashes of known malware. The rule correlates data across device network events, file events, and process execution events to identify potential infections or communication with malicious infrastructure.

This rule monitors for known malicious file hashes, command and control (C2) domains, and specific download URLs associated with identified threats. It correlates these indicators across process execution, file activity, and network connection logs to identify potential compromises or malicious activity related to the aware-cr1 infrastructure.
Detects 2CLoader samples containing the embedded config magic bytes alongside rolling-XOR, AES-GCM, and sha256-seed-derived key material used in its payload decryption chain
This rule detects known-malicious activity associated with Warlock ransomware and the ToolShell malware campaign (linked to Storm-2603). It monitors for process, file, and image-load events matching identified malicious file hashes, as well as network connection attempts to known malicious domains and URLs. It also includes monitoring for traffic to 'oastify.com', a domain commonly used for Burp Collaborator, which requires correlation with other indicators to confirm malicious intent.
Detects browser-side malicious activity involving communication with Cloudflare Workers (workers.dev) endpoints typically associated with C2 beaconing (relays, ICE, socket) or the retrieval of trojanized JavaScript dependencies like 'jquery.mousewheel' which often precede second-stage agent execution.
This rule monitors endpoint telemetry (DNS queries, network connections, file creation, and process execution) to identify matches against a predefined list of known malicious indicators, including IP addresses, domains, and file hashes (SHA256). The rule differentiates between confirmed malicious activity and low-confidence indicators, providing a prioritized view of potential threats.

The rule differentiates between confirmed malicious activity and low-confidence indicators, providing a prioritized view of potential threats.
This rule monitors DeviceProcessEvents for the execution of known malicious binaries associated with the SilverFox malware. It specifically looks for occurrences of three distinct SHA256 file hashes within the last 30 days.
This rule detects known malicious activity including network connections to a specific C2 IP address (69.48.229.140), downloading files from specific C2 URLs, the presence of known malicious file hashes (SHA256), and communications involving specific actor-associated email addresses.
