Detects attempts by a process to modify its own memory space containing the amsi.dll module, typically indicative of an attempt to patch the AmsiScanBuffer function to disable Antimalware Scan Interface (AMSI) protections for malicious script execution.
Detects the creation of a remote thread that initiates execution from memory that is not backed by a known file module on disk. This is a common indicator of process injection techniques, such as reflective DLL injection or shellcode execution, where the payload exists only in memory.

Detects the use of PowerShell to execute the 'Set-MpPreference' command with the 'DisableRealtimeMonitoring' parameter set to true. This technique is commonly used by adversaries to impair Windows Defender security controls and avoid detection during the post-compromise phase.
Detects Blind Eagle JC-46 AsyncRAT process-injection/hollowing pivot: wscript.exe,
cscript.exe, or powershell.exe spawning rarely abused signed Microsoft binaries
(RegSvcs.exe, MSBuild.exe, jsc.exe, AppLaunch.exe) as injection targets, RegSvcs.exe
hollowing preceded by PowerShell compiling inline C# via Add-Type, and parent-process-ID
spoofing where these binaries appear to be spawned directly by explorer.exe.

Detects execution, chmod, or invocation of the fuckaliyun.sh script used to disable Alibaba Cloud's Cloud Shield/Yundun host security monitoring agent, plus the associated iptables install added by JadeProx's modified variant of the script. Requires an actual execution context (direct invocation, chmod +x, or a bash/sh interpreter with the script as an argument or parent process) rather than any incidental string reference to 'fuckaliyun'.
Detects instances of process hollowing involving specific security product images (Qihoo 360) or identified binaries (MegArray.exe, Crisp.exe) as indicated by process tampering logs. This behavior is associated with advanced threat activity potentially attempting to masquerade malicious execution under trusted or known-path binary contexts.

Detects modifications to the Windows Registry key 'DisableTaskmgr' within the 'Policies\System' path, which is used to disable the Task Manager. This is a common tactic used by malicious actors to prevent users from monitoring or terminating malicious processes.
Detects the loading of amsi.dll by rundll32.exe when invoked with specific command-line arguments. This pattern is associated with the TELEPUZ malware, which leverages this technique to patch the AmsiScanBuffer function in memory, effectively disabling AMSI (Antimalware Scan Interface) scanning for the process.
Detects modifications or creations of Image File Execution Options (IFEO) registry keys where a 'Debugger' value is set. IFEO is a feature that allows a debugger to be attached to an executable, which is often abused by attackers for persistence, privilege escalation, or defense evasion by executing malicious code when the target application launches.
Detects the use of the GigaWiper malware's internal GRATProcessManagerMain module to perform process manipulation operations, such as creating, suspending, resuming, or killing processes, via command-line arguments.

Detects unauthorized attempts to modify Microsoft Defender Tamper Protection registry keys. The rule correlates registry value changes from '5' (Enabled) to '0' or '4' (Disabled) against Microsoft Defender Antivirus Troubleshooting Mode events to distinguish between legitimate administrative troubleshooting and potentially suspicious local tampering.

Detects process injection attempts leveraging Asynchronous Procedure Calls (APC) by monitoring process access events for a characteristic API call sequence involving VirtualAllocEx, WriteProcessMemory, QueueUserAPC, and CreateRemoteThread, commonly associated with the Starland RAT.
