Check all created files.
That does not have extension ps1, bat or cmd to avoid IT Pro scripts.
That are not copied to C:\ to detect all file share, external drive, data partition that are not allowed, etc.
This could help to detect malicious insider/user that has unencrypted data partition and that are using it to exfiltrate data even while removable devices & cloud storage is blocked.

This query can be used to explore any instances where a terminated individual (i.e. one who has an impending termination date but has not left the company) downloads a large number of files from a non-Domain network address.
Detects potentially suspicious SQL queries using SQLCmd targeting the Veeam backup databases in order to steal information.
Detects a command used by conti to dump database
Detect usage of the "sqlite" binary to query databases in Firefox and other Gecko-based browsers for potential data stealing.

Detects dump of credentials in VeeamBackup dbo
One way Qbot steals sensitive information is by extracting browser data from Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge by using the built-in utility esentutl.exe
Detects "BugCheck" errors indicating the system rebooted due to a crash, capturing the bugcheck code, dump file path, and report ID.

'This hunting query uses Application events from the "MSSQL$MICROSOFT##WID" provider to collect SQL statements run against an AD FS database (e.g Windows Internal Database (WID)).
A threat actor might want to extract the AD FS data configuration settings with a SQL statement or modify it with an UPDATE SQL statement.
In order to use this query you need to create a server audit and database audit specification on your AD FS database.

'This detection uses Windows security events to detect suspicious access attempts to the registry key values and sub-keys of Microsoft Entra ID Health service agents (e.g AD FS).
Information from AD Health service agents can be used to potentially abuse some of the features provided by those services in the cloud (e.g. Federation).
This detection requires an access control entry (ACE) on the system access control list (SACL) of the following securable object: HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ADHealthAgent.
Make sure you set the SACL to propagate to its sub-keys. You can find more information in here https://github.com/OTRF/Set-AuditRule/blob/master/rules/registry/aad_connect_health_service_agent.yml

This YARA rule detects the Skuld infostealer by identifying specific byte patterns associated with its functionalities. These functionalities include retrieving the MAC address of the infected system, enumerating files (likely for data collection), taking screenshots, and specifically targeting Discord backup codes. The rule looks for a combination of these distinct code patterns within a PE file (indicated by the MZ header).
Detects "BugCheck" errors indicating the system rebooted due to a crash, capturing the bugcheck code, dump file path, and report ID. This event can be leveraged by adversaries to obtain crash dumps which may contain sensitive information, including credentials.
