Microsoft To-Do/Intune Portal Client MFA Bypass via Hidden CA Exclusion on Graph API
Detects successful authentications to Microsoft Graph using the Microsoft To-Do (22098786-6e16-43cc-a27d-191a01a1e3b5) or Intune Company Portal (9ba1a5c7-f17a-4de9-a1f1-6178c8d51223) client IDs via the ROPC password grant flow without MFA being satisfied. This behaviour is associated with CVE-2025-0309 where hidden CA policy exclusions for low-privileged scopes allow MFA bypass.
