Detects the execution of known diagnostic, debugging, or analysis tools (such as IDA Pro, Process Hacker, Wireshark, etc.) by processes other than standard Windows system processes. This behavior may indicate an adversary conducting reconnaissance, attempting to bypass protections, or analyzing system artifacts.
