Detects the use of built-in Windows utilities (vssadmin, wmic, bcdedit, wbadmin, diskshadow) and PowerShell to delete Volume Shadow Copies or disable system recovery features. These activities are commonly used by ransomware to prevent easy restoration of encrypted data.
