Detects unauthorized outbound HTTP requests to the Telegram Bot API (api.telegram.org) utilizing hardcoded credentials, specific chat IDs, or standard Bot API communication patterns (sendMessage/sendDocument) which are often used by malware for data exfiltration and command-and-control communication.
