RedVDS - Interactive Logon Running PowerShell Downloaders

Identifies instances where a user account established an interactive logon session from a known RedVDS IP address and subsequently executed PowerShell commands containing download patterns (Net.WebClient or DownloadString), indicative of secondary payload retrieval.
