Detects the execution of Impacket framework scripts (secretsdump, ntlmrelayx, psexec, wmiexec, smbexec) from a portable directory path named 'mini_imp'. This pattern is associated with credential dumping from LSASS and unauthorized lateral movement activities, similar to those observed in Operation Escaneo.
